Julian pursed his lips, looking the hot Goth chick up and down as he wracked his memory for where he’d seen her before. It took him a few minutes (during which jokes about wheels turning were told and please for Julian not to himself where mockingly given), until she took the contact lenses out of her eyes and produced a pair of glasses.

“Didn’t we used to go to school together?” he asked, snapping his fingers. “Uuuuh… Nicky?”

“Nico.”
