Peter refrained from making sucking jokes as Jean-Paul displayed his costume, but only just barely. He could tell Jean-Paul had spent a lot of relative time on his reproduction of Bela Lugosi’s Dracula costume.
Naturally, Peter thought Jean-Paul looked much better in the waist coat and cape than old Bela ever had.
“You’re not dressing up?” the speedster asked, sounding faintly disappointed.
Peter shook his head.
“I could whip you up a Frankenstein’s Monster costume,” Jean-Paul coaxed.
“Make-up tends to give me rashes,” Peter said, smiling apologetically.
