Summary: She's still watching him sleep. And she's thinking.
When Hinata had dreamed about her marriage as a young girl, the dreams were nothing like this.
The major difference, of course, was the groom being Subaku no Gaara.
The red head had occasionally figured into her nightmares over the years, but not in her wishes.
It wasn’t that she wasn’t fond of Gaara… but her memories of the Chuunin Exams remained strong, and there were times when it was hard to reconcile the cold blooded killer from the Forest of Death with the Kazekage that was her husband.
She was willing – happy even – to admit that Gaara had changed. Dying had done wonders for his personality.
