Summary: In which Neil has a run in with a descendant of Lycan.
Neil clung to the tree branch, looking down at the slathering jaws of the beast waiting below to gobble him up like a doggy treat. “I think she likes you!” Odie teased, swinging around so he was sitting astride his own perch.
“Nice puppy. Good dog,” Neil said, trying to swing away from the werewolf below.
“I don’t think she likes being called that,” Odie noted, as the werewolf leapt up, snapping at Neil’s dangling legs.
“We only have to hold out until the moon sets, right? Then she goes back to normal?”
“I really hope so. Otherwise, we’re gonna be shopping for flea collars.”
