Karolina shook her head, squeezing Xavin’s shoulder. “This isn’t our fault. Skrulls have been trying to take over this world since… forever. You’ve said so yourself.”
“My failure cost my people an entire world, beloved.”
“You did everything you could,” Karolina insisted. “We did everything we could. Sometimes, you just have to let go of the guilt.”
