Iruka put his fingers at the top of Kakashi’s Icha Icha Paradise and gently pushed the book down until he could look Kakashi in the eye.

“Yeees?” The Jonin asked.

“You’re late,” Iruka said.

“Ah, you see-”

“It is, in fact, almost four in the morning. That’s a spectacular amount of lateness, even for you. And I’m sure you’ve got an excellent excuse. But it is almost four in the morning, and I don’t want to hear it. I’m sure you can find your own way out.”

Kakashi propped the book open on his chest and cupped the back of Iruka’s head, pulling the Chuunin closer. “I’m here now.”

I admit, it's been a looooong time since I've written any Naturo. I keep meaning to finish my Gaara/Hinata table, and my Kankuro table, but the plotbunnies refuse to stirr.
