Title: The Good Student
Author:
dorksidefiker
Fandom: Yu-Gi-Oh
Table/Prompt: 7. Diligence
Character/Pairing: Kaiba/Shizuka
Rating: G
Word Count: 196
Summary: Kaiba is generally impressed with the study habits of his so-called peers.
Authors Notes/Disclaimer: I own nothing.
Once again, Seto Kaiba thought sourly, I am stuck with them! He turned his head, giving the wall the full force of his glare. No one pair him any attention, which suited him just fine.
Jounouchi’s sister was sitting closest to him, a book open on her lap and a notebook balanced on the arm of her chair. She wrote for a little while, then turned her attention to the book for a few minutes. Then it was back to writing.
Amazing. One of them was actually a diligent student. Jounouchi and Yuugi were playing Duel Monsters, with just the cards and a mat instead of Duel Disks, despite there being several on the plane. Anzu was berating Honda over -- something, Kaiba didn’t know or care what, but Mokuba seemed to find it amusing.
And Kaiba continued to pretend to glare at the wall while -- Shizuka? Was that her name? -- did her homework.
