Summary: Billy really hopes that his idea works.

Billy pressed his ear to the large, ugly old mirror and closed his eyes. He could hear, though only just barely, someone calling out, someone calling his name. He grunted, drumming his fingers against the glass as his mind worked furiously. He’d tried casting spells on the mirror, but they’d all slid off, like water off an umbrella.
His eyes fell on a chair that had been shattered in the fight. He reached for the splintered remains of a chair leg, biting his lower lip as he backed away from the mirror. “I really hope this works,” he whispered. He took a deep breath and swung at the mirror. It shattered, not with the sound of breaking glass, but with the scream of released energies.
Victor tumbled out of the broken mirror with a grunt.
