“You know,” Julian mused, pinning Victor against the door, “most people would consider it a huge compliment that I want to sleep with them. But you? You laugh.” He planted his hands on either side of Victor’s head, steadying himself. “You think I’m joking?”
“I know you are,” Victor said with an amused look. “You’re the kind of guy who would think this was hilarious, especially when you’re drunk. Which, need I remind you, you are.” He gave Julian a gentle push, then draped his arm around his shoulder and steered the telekinetic back towards his room.
Julian gripped Victor’s arm and swayed, nuzzling his ear. “I could do the kinds of things that you could only dream about, Vic. You know they say sex with a telekinetic is the best there is.”
Victor laughed, shaking his head. “I’d say shape shifter sex is the best there is, actually.”
“And you’d know this how?” Julian asked, the hand not on Victor’s arm sliding down to the small of his back. “Is there someone I should be jealous of?”
“Who I may or may not have slept with is none of your business,” Victor told Julian teasingly, continuing to steer him towards his room.
“Why don’t you let me show you how much better I am than any dumb shape shifter?” Julian suggested, his hand finally coming to rest on Victor’s ass. “You know I’m your type.
“God save me from men who know how attractive they are, for their egos will crush all in their path.” Victor squirmed a little, smacking Julian’s hand away.
Julian smirked, resting his chin on Victor’s shoulder and giving his ear a lick. “So you agree that I’m hot.”
“Is that what you want to hear, Julian?”
The young mutant pursed his lips and paused thoughtfully. “Yeah.”
“You’re hot. You’re one of the sexiest guys I know. But – and this is important, so pay attention – I am not going to have sex with you while you’re drunk. Ask me again when you’ve sobered up.” He gave Julian a very gentle push into his room and shut the door. “Good night, Julian.”
