John declared war after the third spitball hit the back of his neck. He turned to glare at Wally West, sitting in the back row, failing to look at all innocent. It was like he had absolutely no idea what kind of hell he had unleashed upon himself. One trip to see that creepy Wayne kid later, and John was ready for guerrilla warfare.
Bugs in the bed. Unpleasant surprises in the desk. Pins in the clothes.
To be honest, Wally gave as good as he got. For every thing John did, Wally was more than ready to reciprocate, even managing to one-up him on occasion. Even John had to admit that the eyebrow thing was genius (he suspected that Wally was getting help from the creepy Wayne kid).
It was Diana who said that it was cute the way they kept pulling each other's pigtails. That put an end to the war for about a week.
