fai_dust. Set pretty early during New X-Men.
The first thing Victor Borkowski thought, when he met Julian Keller, was Ooooh, my mother warned me about boys like you.
Okay, maybe not boys like Julian, but he was just that whatever applied to the girls his mother had warned him about applied to boys too. And everything about cocky, arrogant Julian Keller screamed trouble. Also, sex on a stick, but Victor had decided that he was not going to be continuing that particular like of thought until he was sure Julian wasn’t going to spontaneously develop telepathy to go with his telekinesis. Because even if he was sex on legs, he was nothing but trouble. Also, Victor was pretty sure Julian was straight, so fantasizing about pinning him to the wall and licking him till his toes curled was right out of the question.

“You picked the tight ass?” Julian asked incredulously. “Why?”
Victor rolled his eyes, pencil tapping rapidly on his work book. “Can we focus on homework instead of your inability to get along with anyone who has an ego equal to your own? Please? I promise you can complain about Mr. Beaubier after.”
Julian fell backwards on to Victor’s bed and sprawled there. “Bored,” he announced.
“Busy,” Victor replied. He turned his full attention to his trigonometry work book, and actually managed to keep it there until his zippy slowly came open with that oh so distinctive growl.
“Bo-ored,” Julian repeated.
“Julian-!” Victor fought with his zipper, which refused to rise back into it’s proper place. Something cupped his genitals, applying gentle pressure that made Victor’s breath catch in his throat.
“Ms. Grey says I need to practice with my telekinesis,” Julian said conversationally, the pressure sliding slowly from the root of his cock to the tip. Victor closed his eyes, teeth digging in to his lower lip.
“My mom warned me about guys like you,” he said breathlessly.
Julian laughed, a deep, throaty sound. “Are you gonna listen to her?” Another squeeze, and a telekinetic finger traced the tendons of his neck.
“Not if you keep that up,” Victor sighed.
