She laughed as she swung over the city.
He hadn’t heard much laughter in his life. At least, not genuinely happy laughter.
What the hell was she doing out here? She was just going to get dirty. She was just going to get hurt.
She wasn’t ready. He had to stop her before something horrible happened.
