Victor blinked slowly and tried to summon the energy to at least draw his headphones up to his ears. In that, he failed utterly. He just couldn't seem to get up enough interest to even do that. It was like something was sapping his will to do anything right out of him. This worried him a bit. He hoped someone else hadn't hacked into his brain. He didn't need that again.

A hand came down on his shoulder, making Victor look up. "C'mon, Electro-Kid. We're going to In-and-Out Burger," Nico announced.

Victor blinked, his eyebrows taking a hike for his hairline. "Why?"

"Because I need to get out of here before I turn Xavin into a toad," the girl said, grabbing his wrist and pulling him out of his chair.

"For the record, I vote for transmogrification," Victor said, letting himself get pulled.
