Victorious turned and saw Chase watching him, blue eyes narrowed slightly. He briefly considered burning the blonde’s face off, but it was entirely too early for so dramatic a gesture. He settled for smiling innocently. “What’s up?” he asked.
“You seem kinda weird, dude,” Chase said slowly. “Kinda… cold.”
“Just feeling a little off, I guess. It’s been a weird few days.” Victorious shrugged. Chase would be the first to die when the time was right. This had sealed it.
