"Now," Victor said to himself (or possibly the broken machines piled in front of him), "what I need is a security system that isn't all tied up with the Pride's junk. That is what you are going to be."
He circled around the scavenged machinery, rubbing his chin and eyeing it speculatively. A pleased smile tugged at his lips. It wasn't going to be much to start with, but it was a start. And once he got it hooked into the Pride's old system, he would be able to infect it and change it into something really good.
He rubbed his hands together, reaching out to the scavenged machines with his powers, shifting them from what they were into what they would be.
This was going to be so cool.
