Commiserating
Feb. 28th, 2011 09:16 pmTitle: Commiserating
Fandom: Runaways/Young Avengers
Characters: Victor Mancha, Vision
Prompt: 93. Sympathetic
Word Count: 134
Rating: PG
Summary: They're commiserating with each other.
Author's Notes: A Majesdinian Flu fic. The 'flu was created by
gaymuffin, so it's all her fault.
[That is most unfortunate.] the Vision said sympathetically. [I trust there were no further… side effects?]
“Thank God, no.” Victor said. “Chase was off doing who knows what when it hit, and didn’t come back until it was all done with. Molly slept through the whole thing.”
[I can imagine that things would have been most unfortunate otherwise. On that note, I notice that you and Xavin have not killed each other.]
“A miracle in and of itself,” Victor said with a hint of a growl. “How’re your guys doing?”
[Cassie is not speaking to me, Billy and Teddy are being more couple-y than ever, Tommy hasn’t stopped bragging, Eli wants to kill Tommy… admittedly, that would be par for the course… and Kate is avoiding everyone.]
Victor winced in sympathy. “That sucks, man.”
