“Maybe I should get a mask,” Johnny mused, holding up Peter’s web covered means of concealing his identity.
“You’d just burn it off,” Peter said, taking the mask back. “Besides, do you have any idea what a bitch this thing is half the time? It seems like I need a new one every week. I’m lucky MJ still sews them for me.”
“Yeah yeah, Mary Jane’s a saint,” Johnny admitted. He was willing to concede that point to his boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend. “But why don’t you ask Fury to keep you supplied?” The look on Peter’s face made it clear to Johnny how unpalatable he found that idea. “What about Reed, then? I’m sure he’d be able to whip something up for you along the lines of ‘indestructible’. Just don’t let him choose the design. He sucks at that. And naming.”
“I like the Fantasticar.”
“You like making out in the Fantasticar.”
